New Bern Masonic Theatre Historic Preservation Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, located in New Bern, NC (EIN562074112). 

Mission statement:

To provide leadership and management oversight for the preservation, day-to-day affairs, and long-term strategic vision of our historic building.  To continue to restore and preserve the building for use in a variety of educational, entertainment, business and social events.
